At Diptam Foundation, we value the generosity of our donors and supporters. Your contributions help us continue our mission of serving communities. This Refund Policy explains how we handle donation refunds.
All donations made to Diptam Foundation are considered final and non‑refundable.
Refunds may only be issued in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors during the transaction.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
Please include transaction details such as donor name, amount, date, and transaction ID.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Contributions made towards specific campaigns or events are also considered final.
If an event is canceled, donors may choose to redirect their contribution to another project.
